What is an online auction?

Similar to a live auction except everything is done on the internet through the HiBid software.


When does the auction end?

Each auction will have an indicated end time and date. The lots close in numbered order. Auctions will run for 7 days – Sunday to Sunday.


I am the highest bidder, what do I do now?

After the auction, we will send you a notification by email and an electronic invoice.


How do I complete payment for my purchases?

Payments can be made by email money transfer, using tap on your credit card or debit card, as well as cash. We are unable to accept cards using PINS at this time but we are working on it.


How do I pick up my purchases?

Pick ups for the auction ending Sunday will be Friday evening and Saturday of the same week. Please see Buyers Agreement for additional information.


Can you ship my purchases to me?

Yes, we can pack, ship and insure your package. Local shipping will be done using a third party provider. All other shipments will be done using Canada Post. Please note this is not free of charge and will be added to your invoice. Please follow the link for current rates.


What are your pick up times?

 Sunday 12pm - 5pm

Monday 9am - 1pm

Tuesday 9am - 1pm
